Inverness Apartments

My husband and I toured a 2 bedroom yesterday, and we’re going back again today! The woman who gave us our tour, I believe her name is Ceily, was phenomenal. She was so genuine and kind, gave us a glimpse of her life as someone who lives on the property, and the way she spoke about life at Inverness made my husband and I fall in love with the place! It doesn’t hurt that the property and apartment is beautiful too! We submitted our application last night, fingers crossed!

I want to be clear that this review is not directed at the leasing office staff. The leasing office employees were consistently kind, professional, and understanding, and they deserve recognition for how they treat residents. Again this has nothing to do with Maggie cecily and Angie Unfortunately, upper management did not reflect that same level of care or accountability. During my tenancy, my vehicle was stolen from the property overnight, the ignition was removed, the vehicle was damaged, and it was later found in another area of the complex. Rent funds were also stolen during this incident. Despite this being documented criminal activity that occurred on the property, management refused to consider any reasonable resolution and instead chose rigid lease enforcement without acknowledgi

I went in the office to get some information about Inverness Apts. and Ceily Bright was very helpful and nice. She gave me all the information I needed, and even took the time to get some more information for me, online! She was professional, and caring, which I appreciated. Two other women were in the office, Angie and Maggie, who were nice. The apartment complex looks well maintained, and in a good location. Thanks again, Ceily, for being so helpful and nice!

From the moment we drove through, we were feeling the vibes 😆 Inverness Apartments are well laid out, clean, and staff are professional, yet friendly. Ceily and both Angie are amazing at what they do!

I love it here! I’ve been here since 2019 and haven’t had much of any issues to complain about. I’ve never had a maintenance concern that wasn’t addressed in 24 hours. I remember calling last summer about a wasp nest by my balcony door and literally an exterminator was here 2 hours later which made me feel like my kids and I were important. The area is quiet and safe which is a big deal with me having 2 toddlers. The office staff is super friendly! Ceily always has a kind and funny word. Maggie is probably the calmest person I’ve ever met. And Angie has been empathetic at times where life was lifing and my rent was late. All in all, this being my first apartment has set the standard for future rentals (if I ever leave).
