***Not worth the move in:*** •Paying for parking spot:$15 •Rent depending on how they feeling:$1500+ and that’s just the 1bds •No park/ No dog park •No pool on site…literally to swim you have travel to a totally different complex (Hyde Park Apts) •No grilling •No candle lighting •No vaping •No Personal pools •No gardening •No family gatherings (due to noise) •No updated kitchen cabinets or appliances •Call corporate and or rental office with concerns no return call Etc…you can absolutely do nothing here but give them your money! Maintenance on the scale of 0-10 I say a 7 you have some maintenance men that actually do care! Mitchell Morgan founder, chairman, and ceo is worth 5.5 billion yet here we are making him richer while we are here in these trailer home apts with tons of restrictions.

Great , quiet place to live. My neighbors are the best and the square footage you get is wonderful . You couldn’t ask for better maintenance man , I would like to acknowledge ANDREW who is always friendly, prompt, and does the job thoroughly, always going the extra mile. Thank you for the countless times you came and rescued us .
