Forest Creek Apartments

Would leave 0 stars if I could. I had to move out earlier than my lease because NOTHING was being done about our Termites, there was a HOLE to outside in one of our closets, so we got ants. The plumbing stopped working properly, and the price was insane for the amount of space we had. $1500 for 650 square feet???? On TOP of utilities and electricity?? They also put a derogatory account on my credit report because we refused to pay the $3,250 buy out fee for the apartment we basically had to ESCAPE. You TANKED my credit because of YOUR negligence. You're lucky I didn't sue, but because of what you did to my credit, I'm highly considering it.

Pablo and Guy are the best maintenance guys there are. Anytime there is a problem in my apartment they are quick to get it done. They do an amazing job. Also Meredith in the office is quick to answer questions and explain things to where anyone can understand it. She is the go to for anything

Great apartment complex! It’s quiet and the scenery here during the change of weather is so beautiful. Everyone in the office is nice. Mrs. Waters is amazing. Every time I had an issue, she made sure that it got done. She is very friendly! I love being here. I recommend.

I’ve been living here since 2022 I’ve had nothing but great experiences! Anytime I put maintenance request in it is dealt with very quickly and efficiently. It’s a very quiet and good area that I live in. All of the management stuff is very pleasant and there for any assistance you may require. I’ve had a little bit of money problems and Meredith helped me come to a resolution very easy and she is so sweet and appreciative of her tenants like myself as well as all of the other management group. I am very happy to live in this complex and I highly recommend it for others who appreciate this area.

Apartment size is big. Amenities were nice. Grounds were clean. The leasing staff were really nice and informative. Pricing was reasonable for the area. The assistant manager was helpful with some other questions I had regarding making the apartment feel like home. Would definitely rent here.
