First off I want to thank Mercedes for getting us in the apartment quick. Second don’t trust a word any of them say especially the pictures on their website. 1 they told me to sign the lease before showing or even cleaning the apartment 2 after reporting everything including pictures that there was roaches and trash and roach poop on the walls smelled like death nothing was done about. 3 the ac broke four times and it took maintenance three days to fix 4 the lady in the office added the promotion to another month and waited a month later to say that was mistake and now owe more money (SCAM) also paid for pest control every month and I had roaches everywhere very unhealthy living this apartment by law is supposed to fix ac electric plumbing and unhealthy environment and didnt do what they s

decent living just had a face lift new balconys all new lighting installed out side leasing agent is a nice lady that like to work with people

We came here on a Saturday they are open 10-2 we started our application process. We needed an emergency same day move in. Celia made that possible for us. She showed us an apartment we weren’t happy with and gave us a better option immediately. She stayed 2 hours after closing time to make this possible for us! absolutely very thankful for her and what she has done for us to help us move in today!

First off I would like to thank Mercedes She does an Amazing job. she does what she can to help and she isn’t rude or anything like that. People don’t wanna follow the rules that’s their fault but she is amazing and knows how to do her job very well. Now on the other hand, given the experience of living there is another story. I have been living there for three years and in the past couple of months have issues with the neighbors that recently moved in there has been times where the cops were called and corporate doesn’t do anything about it. People who have been here for years are leaving because of them. The people who nearly move there feel like they Can do what they want they don’t respect others. Westwood Apartment Complex - totally met our expectations for my self and my family, we love this apartment complex! the leasing agent is super helpful and kind she is the kind of person who will make your leasing process super simple. We notice new management and improvements in case of any dilemma they are fast acting to resolve any type of issue.
