I went over the contact and it said that I the buyer had to pay for all the closing cost. I have no problem with that at all. However, I asked to use the escrow company I want and they said no. Well, if you the buyer are paying for the closing costs you have the RIGHT to pick any escrow company YOU want. Then I said pay for my closing costs and they said they would but I had to use their loan company. Well, I have the RIGHT to pick my loan entity it's my loan. THEY VIOLATED REAL ESTATE SETTLEMENT PROCEDURES ACT (RESPA) TWO TIMES!!!! Know your rights as a comsumer.
