Don't move out here if you have a dog or small children there is about 50 stray cats out here and management won't do anything about it...if they are someone person cat they should have to stay inside with a litter box...we have to keep our dogs on leashes....by dogs act so wild cause they smell the nasty things ....I my dogs won't even go potty cause they are dragging me all over the yard because of cats cats cats and not pretty sick diseased looking ones and animal control will not come and do anything about it

These units are about as budget friendly as one can find in this world of over-inflated pricing. They were built in 1984. The community is small with neatly kept grounds. Parking is ample and while traffic is moderate entering and exiting the complex it is still quite manageable. One repair was noted shortly after move in and it was handled with him 24 hours of report to the front office.

I had a water leak that wasn’t my fault. It was a pipe behind the wall. This happened in late April 2025. I kept going to the rent office to check to see if the contacted the water people. Of course they was lying to me saying yes they had contacted them. I get home today and my water is off!! Not from me not paying my bill; because I was still paying 60.00 on the bill monthly. When my bill is normally 40 bucks. Don’t look for them to handle business; just look for them to take your money monthly.
