Westwater Apartments

Best location - restaurants, lake, parks, library, coffee shops… all in walking distance. Great management and maintenance, beautiful view, wonderful and quiet neighbors, and very pet friendly!

Property is a little on the older side, but the personal touches and the availability of the property manager, Madeline, is top notch. Having been on both the owner and renter sides in the past, I'd say she's BY FAR the best property manager I've worked with. In all seriousness, she makes the residents' life a ton better. I know many who feel the same way and would likely look elsewhere if not for her. Whoever found her found a gem!

AI assistant ended up being ghosted on our tour. Showed up, no leasing agent and no provided numbers works. Waste of time

Really enjoyed staying in Westwater Apartment Kirkland. View was amazing and very convenient to live. Impressed by property manager, Madeline and Maintenance guy, Husseni’ s kind and professional service.

I’ve lived at Westwater now for about 6 months and truly it’s been the best experience I’ve had living in an apartment building thus far (I’ve lived in many). The location, my apartment unit and community within the building are all factors that make this property a wonderful place to live. The Property Manager, Madeline is absolutely incredible. She’s always very responsive with communication and consistently ensures I get what I need in a timely manner. She goes above and beyond to ensure there is a community feel within the building as well - from hosting building events to posting regular communications on the elevator & via email (i.e. things to do in Kirkland and key updates) to always being a friendly face (everyday!) at the entrance of the property. I’m not sure how she does it all
