Customer Reviews
Don't bother with this place unless you’re desperate for an apartment. This is an honest review of my year here, backed by screenshots, emails, and logs. You’ll wonder why I moved in. I was relocating from CA, my apartment in Milford fell through, and I needed something ASAP, so I picked this place sight unseen. These apartments are not accessible. The elevators constantly break, forcing you to use the stairs regularly. There are no ground-level apartments—ground level is the garage. Door handles are often broken or missing on exterior doors, causing issues for residents with hand disabilities. Upon moving in, I received only one key and had to pay to have extras made. The apartment was in terrible condition: painted-over light switches, mismatched countertops, broken drawers, leaking garb
Place is infested with roaches, and the fire alarms go off randomly and constantly. The alarm issue persists and is completely unsafe, yet continues to go unresolved, and management never mentions it. Elevator constantly breaks down and they don't give you a key to the stairs. By far the worst place I have ever lived.
I really enjoyed living at Westville Village Apartments. The staff has been very responsive and helpful. Great location and cute neighborhood!
My boyfriend moved here last year and lives in this complex. He has had nothing but issues. It’s just a place to live don’t have any good expectations. The fire alarm goes off randomly in the night. The air conditioning in the summer did not work. Good luck calling maintenance. There are mice running the hallways. The gates to get in and out of the “secure” complex are constantly broken. Therefore anyone is able to get in and out causing my car to get broken into. The complex is not safe. Doors of the building are easy to get in and out even for strangers. He is happily moving out this month.
I lived here for a year, and the experience was disappointing. • Utility charges are extremely high($600+) • The AC breaks down every summer, with indoor temperatures reaching 90°F. • Persistent roach problems despite multiple complaints. • Maintenance is slow and unresponsive. Don’t forget to fill the moving out form 60days prior or you’ll have to renew your lease again. I was relieved when my lease ended. For anyone considering moving in—save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.
