If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. Conrad is, hands down, one of the greatest parts of living in this building. He goes above and beyond for every single resident, every single time. No matter the issue, big or small, he shows up with care, respect, and genuine hospitality. You can feel how proud he is of his work, and even more importantly, how deeply he cares about the people he’s helping. Every interaction with Conrad leaves me feeling taken care of and supported. He’s incredibly reliable, always kind, and consistently willing to do that extra bit that makes all the difference. Conrad is enthusiastic and brings a positive, welcoming atmosphere to the apartment community. During the two years I lived here, I asked him for help on many occasions, both big and small, and he consistently met my expectations. I would not hesitate to give him my highest recommendation😄

Conrad is truly one of the main reasons I’ve enjoyed living here. He’s hardworking, kind, and genuinely cares about the community. He brings such positive energy to the place and is always responsive and attentive to the little things that make a big difference. You can really tell he puts his heart into what he does. Best superintendent ever! Conrad is seriously amazing and makes living here so worth it. Whenever something needs fixing, he shows up super quick - like in 20 minutes quick! He always asks how my family's doing and seems to genuinely care about us as people, not just tenants. The maintenance work is always top-notch too. Honestly, having such a responsive and kind super makes apartment living 100% better. Five stars all day!

Don't expect to get any sleep from Thursday to Saturday nights because of Pratt House right in front of the building. It is extremely noisy, especially if you live in lines 1 or 3. I would not recommend this place if you value your sleep.
