Westview Apartments

I gave 5 stars for the excellent customer service we had in the process of getting our moms application initiated and rent verification for her to live here. she will be moving in in a week so I will write another review after she’s lived there for a bit. But the process of getting her verified and dealing with staff was very easy and everyone was very nice that we dealt with.

I have been a resident here for 10 years. We have had several cleaning persons here through the years and I must say our present cleaning person does a terrific job! Places that haven’t ever been cleaned are being cleaned. My family visits from out of town and always remarks how nice this complex looks. A nice place to live and is in a great location.

Listed as Low Income Senior housing... You must have an income of three times the monthly rent even to apply!!! That's $2695 + a $75. Application fee. Please tell me how this qualifies as Low Income housing????

It’s centrally located and the people are amazing from the office to the maintenance… it’s immaculately done … if something needs to be fixed you never wait….Love my balcony

Very disappointed at this place didn’t spect my dad just because his income level was high not fair at all he loved the place we went on tour too
