Really well run, nice, and reasonably priced apartments. The staff is super responsive to any issues and the facility is well kept. Would recommend to anyone! Bonus- you can walk to Met Market in like 2 minutes
Just finished move out process and everything went seamlessly. Communicative and friendly property manager and maintenance. Online portal for rent payment and requests, anything I needed they came within 24 hours (but didn’t need much, place is in great condition). Good location being close to 405 but also shops and the water + kind community living in the building for a cherry on top. Would’ve stayed longer if I could!
A hidden gem in Houghton. We had 2 amazing years living here.

My husband and I have been living at Westview Apartments for several years. And Jenny is the best property manager we have ever had. She is very communicative, kind and organized. Maintenance requests are also taken care of promptly, so a big thank you to Suleman as well!
