Westview Apartments

My partner and I toured this property as part of our planning process for a move next year. We have visited several communities and met with multiple leasing agents, but our experience here truly stood out, largely because of Jared at Westview. From the start, Jared was incredibly accommodating, patient, and respectful of our timeline. We never felt pressured, which made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. He took the time to thoroughly walk us through the property, answer every question in detail, and provide thoughtful insight into both the community and what living there would realistically look like. We absolutely love living at Westview Apartments! From the moment we started the move-in process, everything has been smooth and stress-free, thanks in large part to Kara and Jared. They were incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive every step of the way. Their professionalism and friendly attitude really made us feel welcome. Beyond that, the community here is very friendly and welcoming, we felt right at home and are very pleased to establish our family here. The apartment itself is everything we hoped for—comfortable, beautiful, spacious, and in a great location. We’re very happy we chose Westview. It’s been a great experience so far, and we’re pleased to call this place our home!

We have been living in Westview for just over a month now, and we absolutely love it. Kara and Melissa are excellent and highly responsive. On the first day I picked up my keys, I attempted to bring a few items over before our big move. One of the staff members, Angel, noticed that I was struggling a bit and kindly offered to help, which was very much appreciated! I needed something fixed in my apt, and the superintendent, Mike, was at my door in under an hour. We are very pleased!

My overall feedback on the Westview property is positive. However, for the price of this place, I do wish they could make things better. In fact, I am not impressed with some of the design and operational decisions that the Corporate office makes (see Negatives below). Positives: - Beautiful clubhouse and outdoor seating. - Nice landscape, well-maintained. - Responsive maintenance crew (Mike is very patient and accommodating). - Design/finishing of units is nice (minor things here and there). Not-So Positives: - Size and placement of the pool. - Dog park -it was great to see the upgrade from dirt to rocks. However, would have been nice for the pool and dog park to be swapped so that us tenants in bldg 15 would have a nice view of the pool instead of smelling and hearing dogs, inciting the

From the time I pulled up to the Westview Clubhouse, I knew it was a special place! From the people who work in the leasing and property management offices, to the maintenance crew, to the amazing welcoming neighbors I have met, I could not have asked for a better complex. My apartment is beautiful, the grounds, club house and pool are gorgeous, and the views are stunning. I love it here - highly recommend!
