Stonecrest Apartments

In September 2022 I filled out the application. Ms Valerie called and informed me of a two bedroom apartment and would I like to go look at it? I said yes, my husband (Antonio) and I went up to Brewster to see the two bedrooms apartment. We met Ms Valerie, she was very kind, very cordial. She showed us the apartment, the only draw back it was downstairs in the basement. Because I suffer with PTSD, I couldn’t take the apartment. Ms Valerie said, no problem we’ll keep you and your husband on the list. My husband and I thanked her and said, we would appreciate please to keep us on the list. It wasn’t until maybe June 2023 that I called the Stonecrest Office, spoke with Ms Debbie asked her of any two bedrooms vacancies? She asked if we had filled the application, I told her yes we in 2022 then

Next month I will have lived at Stonecrest for 12 years having moved here from Western NY. I never regretted that decision. I'm retired and wanted to be closer to family. I love my apartment, my neighbors have become good friends, and the area is centrally located to stores, banks, and restaurants. I can walk up Mt Ebo Road N and enjoy the beautiful views and sunsets. Our property manager is great, caring, and helpful, and sees that, for example, announcements and notes of interest are posted or sent out in robo calls. The property supervisor sees that the lawns, gardens, and buildings are carefully tended. Being able to rent the clubhouse for a birthday party in February was a highlight for my family. The selling of my house and move here was the best choice I ever made.

This is a lovely place for affordable 55+ housing. The apartments are spacious and bright with central air and laundry in each building. Grounds are well kept and buildings are well maintained and safe.

Beautiful buildings in a very pleasant surrounding. I hope to move there one day.
