Westside Union Apartments

I’ve lived at Westside Union since it opened and it has been incredibly frustrating to watch this building go downhill. Security is a serious problem. Concierge service was promised but never delivered. After-hours access is completely unstaffed, and access control is inconsistent, which is alarming given recent garage break-ins. Guest parking is nearly nonexistent, and street parking overnight is risky. Residents should feel safe in their own building, but right now that is not the case. Maintenance is painfully slow. Issues often require multiple tickets to get resolved. Communication is poor, and urgent requests are sometimes deferred even after hours. Residents are left constantly chasing staff for even basic repairs, which is unacceptable for the price of rent. Noise is constant and

I had the pleasure of visiting family in this luxurious residential building and was truly impressed. It offers every comfort you could dream of. The gym features high-end, brand-new equipment, the rooftop provides breathtaking city views, and the apartments are modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. A real highlight is the chef who regularly hosts events for residents. The food is fresh and delicious, creating a warm and welcoming sense of community. The common areas are immaculate, and the overall atmosphere is both elegant and inviting. Westside Union is truly an exceptional place to live.
