Wy wife and I recenlty had a tour of this amazing community. First off, we were late for our appointment with Heather, and we were greeted so graciously and professionally on our arrival. Our tour was wonderful, and honestly, the nicest apartment community I have ever toured. I work in property managment in Charlotte, and The Westport Lofts is far and above. We decided to apply and have been approved for a gorgeous 2 bedroom in the main building. I started following their Instagram account and was very impressed with the resident events. Update: After posting my review, I received partial documentation but no complete follow-up from the property manager. To find resolution and receive a response, I ultimately had to contact the regional manager, Amanda, who was professional and responsive. She explained that carpet replacement is generally the community’s preference rather than attempting cleaning. I appreciate her communication. Heather is absolutely amazing! From the moment I first reached out, she went above and beyond to make the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free. She’s professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about finding the right fit for her residents. Every question I had—no matter how small—she answered quickly and with a friendly attitude.
