Logan Homes

We worked with Kate on the purchase of our home in Bridgewater Landing back in July and she was truly exceptional. I wasn't able to see the home in person before we purchased (my husband did), but she was quick to answer all of my questions, as well as provide additional information about the neighborhood and the area. My kids immediately took to her and talked about Kate giving us a tour of the neighborhood on the golf cart for months after. Aside from Kate, we found that Logan Homes was true to their word, and thorough during their own internal inspection process. I also appreciated the thoroughness of their welcome packet, which contained all of the house info that we would need.

We purchased our house in June 2023. I wish I could go back and purchase with a different builder. Logan does not fix the issues with the homes and once they do it’s just an ugly temporary fix. Nothing but draining issues from Logan development doing the drainage ditches. To Logan homes with the yards there people definitely don’t know how to grade properly. Plus the fact they didn’t put grass in the backyard is crazy. But the warranty department is nothing but liars especially Billy and they don’t answer the phone or return emails or calls. For two years I have asked them to fix the corner of my driveway that was cracked do to construction . I was told would be fixed months went by and asked again. I was told in a email and a text and also to my face in front of my neighbors. It would be
