Westpointe Apartments

I’ve been living here for almost a year and I’ve never had a problem with management which I really appreciate. Whenever I’ve had to contact management whether it’s for maintenance or neighborly complaints, the property manager takes initiative and resolves any issues promptly. She’s very friendly and professional. Overall my experience living here has been great and would recommend others to live here.

Very happy with the apartment! Management is super cool, knowledgeable, informative, quick and responsive with everything. Neighbors are great and haven't had any complaints. Affordable price and highly recommend! Thank you!!!!!

Moving here is my biggest regret. We had to break our lease after just 2 months of living here. There were so many problems, right from the get go. Right when you move in, you’ll notice that the whole apartment is painted white (“landlord special”) but the paint was never primed so all surfaces are sticky. Our water heater was not turned on/checked prior to move in, which was an inconvenience but could be looked past. The inside of the building smells like cigarettes and all of our belongings and clothes carried that lingering stench the whole time we lived here. It’s embarrassing to smell like that when we don’t even smoke. While we were living here multiple packages were stolen and nothing could be done about it. Also, almost every single outlet did not work in our “home.” Worst of all,

i unfortunately lived here for two and a half years and the place is awful. there are kids whose parents do not supervise them and will get on top of your car and leave dents. you will never find parking if you have more than one car due to the rule they implemented over about a year ago. on top of all of that, no matter how clean you are, your neighbors are nasty and have roaches and no matter what you do and how many maintenance orders you make they will NOT bomb the entire building so the roaches never go away. on top of that they will try to convince you the mold growing in your apartment is dirt… right… the management is awful, rude, please do yourself a fsvor and stay AWAY from this complex 😭 also one time our neighbors tires were dtolen off of her car and her vehicle was left on roc
