Tom was great and made the purchasing experience a breeze. I was so worried and anxious about qualifying and the loan going through, but he was so calm and collected which helped put me at ease. He provided little summary videos at each step which helped give me a better understanding of where we were at in the process and what to expect next. I would definitely refer him to all friends and family. I have heard horror stories about being harassed by the loan officers, but Tom let me know what he needed in a clear and concise manner which helped the loan close more efficiently.
