Weston Park Apartments At Longwood Station

DO NOT GET A UNIT ON A HIGHER FLOOR Unless you love taking stairs that smell like pee and weed every day. The elevator is broken down every single day for hours a day. My boyfriend and I have been stuck in it multiple times just to be told by management “oh that doesn’t happen”. We told them when we were touring we were going to have a puppy in potty training and if they don’t have any first floors available then the elevator HAS TO WORK. We were assured by Nancy it was never a problem. That was so clearly a lie to get us into a unit. After moving in the elevator broke down and we had met many other residents who laughed at us when we were confused, like this was a common occurrence apparently. READ THIS BEFORE CONSIDERING WESTON PARK!! To start, moving in was a nightmare. Our move in date got pushed back twice. The first week living here I developed a serious cough which let to bronchitis for 2 months, then I checked the ac unit because I’ve heard multiple neighbors complaining about mold. I included a picture of what our ac unit looked like… On moving day, we were greeted with dog feeces in the elevator which is a very normal occurrence here when the elevators do work. When touring we asked Nancy and Jenna multiple times if the elevators ever had issues and she assured us that they’re always working. The elevators are constantly down for hours and sometimes days. BOTH of the elevators were broken when we moved and they were both down for 4 days so any of the handicapped people

We love Weston Park Apartments at Longwood. The staff is very friendly they take the time to have a conversation with you. The Maintenance crew is amazing when I put in a work order in I can expect a response text and email and they come to fix in a timely manner. I appreciate them so much.

Coming up on my 1 year anniversary at Weston Park. The experience here has been a positive one. The staff here is awesome and extremely helpful. The maintenance crew is great and the 3 ladies in the front office are awesome. Shoutout to Justina, Jenna and Nancy. They are always pleasant, courteous and helpful. . The proof is in the pudding. I just renewed my lease. Keep up the good work!

I moved in just over a month ago and my puppy and I could not be happier. We enjoy short walks to all the convenient shops, restaurants nearby as well as the par and the farmers market. Gizmo loves watching the trains go by. Sunrail takes us pretty much all over Orlando for very affordable few bucks. Property has brand new carpeting in hallways, luxury hotel lobby and also all new gym equipment. It's clean and the staff is super helpful and friendly. LOVE IT!!!
