Golf Brook Apartments

We’ve been here about six months now, and honestly, we knew it was home the moment we pulled in. The property just felt calm, clean, and really well cared for. Living at Golf Brook has been a great experience. The team is friendly, responsive, and genuinely looks out for the residents. The amenities are a huge plus, and the apartments themselves are open and spacious, which makes a big difference for our family. I’m new to Golf Brook, and from the very first tour to the moment I signed my lease, the experience has been absolutely seamless. A big thank you to Fabiana in the main office for helping us secure the apartment of our dreams! I’m so excited to start this new chapter and create wonderful memories here at Golf Brook. Within our first week of moving in, the maintenance team assisted us with a few minor fixes. I truly appreciated their quick response time and the professionalism and cleanliness of their work.

Moved into Golf Brook Apartments three months ago and it’s just been a pleasure. The staff in the office as well as all of the maintenance people are super. Love the community. It’s a peaceful and beautiful community and very well maintained. So glad I chose Golf Brook as my new home.🙏

The apartments here are great. I absolutely love living at Golf Brook! From the moment I moved in, the staff has been incredibly welcoming and friendly. The apartments themselves are incredibly spacious, with lots of storage and a garage. We love the screened-in sun porch and the high ceilings. The maintenance staff is incredible, as well. Not only are requests handled with impressive speed (I’ve only ever had to wait more than 24 hours when they have to order a part or use an outside service), but they are incredibly kind and nice individuals. As a dog owner, I also really appreciate how dog-friendly this community is. Many complexes say they are dog friendly and mean you can have your pet live with you, here they treat your pet as if it is their own. My dog loves making her rounds
