Juan and Jonathan are the best of all maintenance men! They're trustworthy, sensitive, and genuinely caring. When I put in a work request, they're on it, and it fixed correctly the first time! They make living here enjoyable! Thank you both for all you do!💖

The community itself is impressive. The grounds were beautifully maintained, the exterior of the buildings was modern and inviting, and the common areas felt safe and well-kept. During the tour, the consultant highlighted amenities such as the fitness center, pool, lounge areas, pet spaces, and business center, explaining not just what each amenity offered but also how residents typically use them. Every space looked clean, functional, and genuinely welcoming.

I’m very happy living here. Great staff and friendly neighbors. Maintenance always does a good job. Thank you Juan.and Jonathan. The original review was a while ago but as of today nothing has changed. Juan and Jonathan are both very efficient and always respectful. I appreciate them both.

I want to express my appreciation for Juan & Jonathan for their help in replacing my refrigerator in 3 days. Juan and Jonathan keep up the good work for us in Heritage Village Commons. Tara and you guys are doing a wonderful job. Once again thank you for all that you have done. Gloria
