Worst decision ive made i moved into weston park apartments. It started when we first moved in and our upstairs neighbors poured bleach on our porch. They they ignored us when we wrote and note and tried knocking on there door. After ignoring us and going quiet when we'd knock-we noticed they started slamming on everything and stomp down the hallways and purposely knock on the floors(they have 4 kids). This would happen all the time during the day at night but we learned to ignore them. Then they had there kids trying to look into our apartment through the balcony and then we found two pieces of string tied around our porch. This was the only bad upstairs neighbor ive had, the rest were nice and welcoming. There are constant pipes bursting in different buildings and levels causing leaks in

You get the quality that you pay for. Decent apartments at their price point. The management pre-2026 was abysmal & did a sloppy job repairing drywall and getting rid of MOLD from a leak in the upstairs neighbor’s apt. They also jacked my rent way up when I signed a shorter contract, more than I think was fair. The new maintenance guy Eric is very communicative and fixed my issues as quick as possible. Maintenance is already WAY better than the old management company. Hoping things improve.

Eric was very resourceful and helpful. He fulfilled my maintenance request and also took the initiative to fix baseboards he noticed were not attached. He was patient, kind, and punctual throughout the process.

We moved in over 2 years ago and things have just gotten awful in that time. They can't keep staff in place longer than a few months, we had someone murdered in the parking lot last year, we don't feel safe with our neighbors. And it's been a week since we had any major snowfall and we're still risking life and limb just stepping outside of her door to walk the dog or go to gym. Management is unresponsive to emails and there's no you just getting to know them because 2 months later they'll be gone. You're not really a person here, you're at best a bank account and at worst an inconvenience. The maintenance staff and especially Soukay was awesome, but he's only one left since 2023. DO NOT MOVE HERE! For $1300 a month you can do so much better, we'll be leaving as soon as our lease is

After months of looking for a nice place to live for me and my son i feel my search is over. Destiny was very polite and professional. It was a unit ready to tour. It was clean and spacious. I'm very happy I checked this place out.
