These guys are amazing!! So responsive, quick to help, and eager to make it a good experience to live there. Location is close to downtown which is great too! We loved living here!

I have lived here for 8 months. The owners and management are very responsive and make sure everything is perfect for us. I couldn't ask for more. I love that I pay my rent and all is paid except my very small electric bill. Last month was 20.00. It is a secured building with cameras. I feel safe here and the community all are like family. I have had a great experience.

Living at 421 on College, formerly known as Oakland Flats was a great experience for the time my family very much needed a new home. Reike & Tim were very responsive and worked diligently to create a comfortable and visually stunning property for their tenants. They kept their word and always showed up when needed. Thank you both!

Viewed these units today for our daughter. They are amazingly beautiful! The management has taken a diamond in the rough and shaped it beautiful. They're still working on a few units and plan to put balconies back on the outside. We hope that they have an opening when she is ready to move in early spring. A few words to the apartment shopper, get inside and look at the quality of love in the remodeling.

The owners are great to deal with and are very fair. They are always trying to improve the place and went above and beyond when helping a friend of mine that used to live there. In a world of people always trying to always rip you off, these guys are truly great human beings 🙂 Thanks again for everything!
