Village at Grays Lake Apartments

The leasing officer candy was super friendly and helpful i had been searching for an apartment for a while and honestly I saw some that were equally as good but the reason I decided to lease with the ridges apartments was truly because candy was a pleasure to talk to and very informative throughout the process. She showed me multiple options to try and accommodate my needs and wants and ultimately I got sold on living here.

Absolutely amazing. Clean, modern, pet friendly, amenities such as paid utilities, free wifi, rec room, lobby area is huge, party room, laundromat services that are controlled by an app on your phone, management is awesome and everyone is super friendly!!!

I LOVE our new apartment at the Village at Grays Lake! The property manager, Zach, made the move in process streamline and easy as can be! Moving is such a stressful time, I’m beyond grateful that we have a property manager that’s diligent and straightforward. The building itself is super cool and very quiet! Ideal for pet owners!! I highly recommend The Village at Grays Lake for anyone looking for an affordable place with great and growing amenities.

Moving into The Village has been a smooth and easy process! Zach, the building manager, is quick to answer questions and get things done as you need them. The building is kept clean and accessible. The new renovation is beautiful and welcoming. I've already recommended to my friends and family to check out this apartment!

I love the village and am proud to call it home. The place has always been comfortable, clean, great location. Pet friendly is always a plus. Zach has been great with meeting all our needs and more. My kids adore him as well as the previous manager Sarah. We still miss her so much. The place has come such a long ways as well. Mainteanace is on point and there anytime I need him. I have been so thankful for them this year. Great job guys!!
