REAL REVIEW. DO NOT MOVE HERE. This is the 3 incident of theft in a MONTH in regard to my personal property. I will be leaving once my lease is up here. This complex places all blame back on the safety of the residence although they make sure to tell you multiples when trying to rent here that they have patrol officers. Now from the leasing agent's mouth "We have a patrol officer, but they patrol during specific hours and there is no guarantee that they will be patrolling during those hours as they are off site." Meaning you don't REALLY have these lots patrolled like they are saying. The line does not even connect to a patrol officer and that was CONFIRMED by management because they can't "figure out how to do it correctly". Not to mention the gates are down every other week. More IMPO

I love love love love my community here at a Westmont at Three fountains. When I was looking for an apartment, the sense of community was the biggest thing I was looking for and my neighbors are great. The maintenance team is great. Edwin deserves a raise, and I have to say a huge shout out to Jessica. Miss Jessica was incredible. I needed a contact list move-in due to working remotely and Jessica was there to assist me every step of the way. My AC went out one night at 11:30 PM. I put a maintenance request and got a call myself from Edwin within 5 minutes and it was working by the next morning, I cannot say enough, good things once again about this complex. Is it perfect? No, but no complex is and this complex works to correct any issues quickly and speedily- thank you all so much agai

Update: So i reached out, multiple times for the last 2 weeks! They would not call me back, they would email me saying they would call and never would. The people running this apartment are very unprofessional for this. If i could give -10 stars i would. DO NOT MOVE HERE, unless you have no where else to go. Well after 14 months of living here I can honestly say that this is a good place to live if you literally have no where else to go. I’ve had problems here since the minute we got the keys. Upon move in we had a roach infestation and we were told that nothing could be done about it because it wasn’t an infestation. There were roaches literally everywhere. It took 12 months before the problem got a little better. Every night me and my family slept here we were so scared that roaches woul

The staff at these apartments are a joke. I will have to agree with the bad reviews for these apartments. At move in they advertised zero application fee and zero admin fee, yet they charged me for both. When I asked they said it would be applied to my rent. It was never applied. We had an emotional support dog, provided the documentation, and they still charged the pet deposit and the monthly fee. I had to contact the disability rights office and until then they reimbursed the fees. So I basically had to educate them on the disabilty rights laws. We had three toilet backups in the night time. We reported it and they did not address it until the next day. 10 hours later. So we were left with no toilet for 10 hours. The apartment was infested with roaches. The pest control came in and spray

This lady was so helpful and friendly!! Very easy to talk with her and is bilingual so she can help with both English and Spanish. I recommend her if your looking 😌
