Westminster Way

The management here at Westminster way is terrible. First thing first, they can’t even keep maintenance here. They quit constantly after only being around for a month or so. So then you have to wait for any problems to be fixed because they can’t keep any maintenance staff around. Secondly, there’s ongoing issues with parking. As a resident, I have to park way out on the street due to random cars parking in residential space. This has been issue for months almost year. I’ve brung it up REPEATEDLY. Megan constantly says “I’ll be getting a tow company this week, and signing the contact” but nothing ever happens. There’s abandon car sitting outside in parking lot. It’s crazy I pay rent and can’t even park inside parking lot with troubles of guest, or community center residents taking parking.

I came in to Westminster Way about 3 years ago to inquire about a rental and the manager was “too busy”. I recently came back and the new manager was so helpful and polite. Megan was knowledgeable about the application process and also gave me a tour of the property…she was clearly busy but still gave me a tour and told me about all the programs for children around the holidays. I would highly recommend taking to Megan if you’re interested in a unit. I’m so grateful I decided to stop in and all my questions were answered and all the paperwork was thoroughly explained!!! 5+ Stars

Im at my wit’s end with this property. The management clearly does not care about its tenants. They can’t seem to keep a landlord in the office, and they often ignore calls. Neighbors are constantly violating Section 8 rules, and when I report it, they say, “We’re investigating,” but three years later, they still claim the same thing. This is clearly a lie, as I’ve sent them ample proof, but nothing ever gets resolved. They also lied about the cameras in the area, saying they work when they don’t. I had damage done to my car, and when the police contacted management for video footage, they told them the cameras in that parking lot don’t work. I cannot even get in touch with them to inquire about the price of a 1 bedroom. It has been over a month, and my options are down to nothing, and my need to move is now extremely urgent and there is nowhere to go. I have already called the number that they keep leaving in these reviews- they don't even answer that one. please, I just need a place to rent. I have everything you all require ready to go.

Megan is doing a good job at getting the place back in shape, hopefully it stays this way.
