Gregg from Inspectology was phenomenal in doing the inspection of the home I’m buying. He took the time to explain everything, noted what would and wouldn’t be in the report (so I could take notes), showed me how to use everything in the house, and was so kind and professional through the whole experience. The report is really user friendly and they even give you an online reminder app to keep up with regular house maintenance items. I can’t say enough good things about inspectology and definitely recommend!

Joe H. was great, he caught a few things the builder definitely missed and being able to call these things out on our punch list walk with the builder will save us time and money. Joe also took time to explain various home systems and gave a few pointers on ways we could make our new build home even more efficient. The inspection went very well. Greg was extremely knowledgeable and conducted a detailed inspection. He was patient in answering questions and explaining any concerns throughout the process The report was sent the same day with clear details on both minor and major items, plus recommendations. Jordan is a friendly a through inspector. Due to hard frozen snow there were some exterior elements unable to be inspected. Not his fault. When we spoke of how the inspection went and any questions I had he was very through. When I had questions while he was working, he gladly stopped what ever he was doing and answered.
