Middlebrooke Apartments and Townhomes

While driving around Westminster in my search for a new apartment, I made the random decision to stop in to see what might be available at the Middlebrooke Apartments. Despite not having made an appointment, Mindy welcomed me into her office and gave me the keys to 2 vacant apartments so I could decide for myself whether a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment would be best for me. After that day, even though I changed my mind 3 times, Mindy remained patient, accommodating and thoroughly professional. Not once was I made to feel like she had anything more important to do than to make sure I was happy throughout the move-in process. That random decision turned out to be one of the best decisions I have ever made.

Mindy Shapiro was extremely welcoming and helped us with all the questions we had throughout this move. We just finished the process and are more than happy with our new home! She is also amazing with dogs and got to meet our puppy Daisy.

I’ve had a great experience living at Middle Brooke Apartments and Townhomes. From the start, the community has been welcoming, quiet, and well-maintained. The property grounds are clean and landscaped nicely, which really adds to the overall feel of the neighborhood. Maintenance has been one of the biggest positives—requests are handled promptly and professionally, and the staff is always courteous and helpful. Especially Mindy Shapiro, she has been with me and my family throughout the whole move in process and made it smooth and comfortable.

Mindy has been incredible! So helpful every step of the way, responded quickly to every last question we asked. Thank you Mindy for making moving a breeze. And the apartment is so bright and sunny, we are very happy to call Middlebrook home.

Mindy was AMAZING. Me and my girlfriend had the best experience with her. She was very helpful. We originally waited too late to apply to the apt we wanted . Mindy soon as she had something available reached out and helped us through the process so effortlessly. She was very patient with us and answered all of our questions with no hesitations and explained everything throughly. Honestly prolly the best experience I’ve had while looking for a new home.
