Westminster Place Apartments

I am incredibly frustrated with the leasing office at Westminster Place Apartments. Recently, my car was damaged by a snow plow operated by the apartment complex during a hit-and-run incident. Despite providing undeniable evidence, including a police report detailing the snow plow blade marks, timestamped photos of the damage, and the fact that their snow plows are the only ones that service the area, the leasing office refuses to take responsibility. When I approached the office to request they claim responsibility for the damage, the owner was not only unhelpful but also rude and loud, dismissing my concerns in an incredibly unprofessional manner. I moved here right after finishing grad school in May where I lived in an off-campus student housing apartment complex. In the two years that I lived there, it never truly felt like home and I was worried that I would have the same experience here, I am happy to say that after just three months of living here I truly feel "at home". One of the biggest things for me (being a young female) is safety which I have NEVER had an issue with here as I can come home late at night and still feel just as safe walking the short distance from the parking lot to my apartment as if it were daylight out. I could go on forever but all in all my experience at Westminster Place has been amazing! Not to mention my GORGEOUS balcony overlooking the pool:)

Westminster Place Apartments is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. First I will start with the grounds. I never see trash or animal dropping anywhere at the facility. Snow is plowed right away and the roads and sidewalks are always salted when needed. Second the staff is amazing! I have place three work orders while living here the last year and a half. Every time I receive a response within 24 hours and most of the time it is quicker. If maintenance is an emergency they have people come right out. If it isn't an emergency response times are very quick and normally maintenance is done within 24-48 hours. All of the staff members are incredibly kind. 9 YEAR TENANT HERE! My husband and I have been at Westminster for 9 years and have truly made this complex a home! For an older complex the buildings and grounds have been wonderfully maintained. We have seen changes in the front office staff over the years, and by far Brianna has been the kindest and most attentive person. Any concerns have always been addressed promptly and we are so grateful to have someone who truly cares about the tenants! Our maintenance staff is super attentive and are typically out within the same day of request. They are all very friendly, as are any contract workers who've assisted with maintaining the grounds (lawncare, pest control, etc.) Personally, our unit does not have a washer/dryer and this has been one of the seldom cons for us. Have lived here for 3 years and it's been a great experience. The management team is friendly, helpful, and very responsive. Maintenance requests are completed quickly and professionally. They keep the grounds well maintained - parking lots and sidewalks are plowed in the winter, and the amenities (pool, gym) are high quality. The apartment itself is very nice. We live in a 2 bedroom, second floor apartment and have been very happy. Pet friendly and the neighbors are all great!
