Great neighborhood! I’ve lived here for over 5 years and have seen a lot of improvements done in that time. Current management is very responsive. I submitted a work order when our units hot water stopped working on Monday morning, and by that afternoon Art had replaced the water heater and knocked on every door of my building to explain to everyone what to expect post installation. You don’t always get that customer service or specialized care from maintenance techs so I really appreciated it.

*EDIT 5/14/25 I’m downgrading my rating from 4 to 3 stars. Rent was raised 5% exactly one year after the last 10%. However no additional upgrades have been made to the complex or unit. When we initially moved in, we were told they are able to keep rents lower because not many renovations have been made. Well here we are. We’re now considering moving, which is disappointing since we love the area. A plus is that they are fairly responsive to maintenance requests. Overall it’s something to consider if you’re looking to move here. —- We’ve been residents for 4 years now and have had a pleasant experience.
