Noelle was absolutely amazing and I wish a review could really describe how amazing this whole process was with her. She Collaborated and communicated with the buyer's agent, their lender, the appraiser, escrow and title companies to be sure we closed on time. Noelle is very knowledgeable,professional,great communicator and gets things done quickly and efficiently. From the preparation of getting house ready to put on market to sale she was fantastic!! She coordinated with her resources of removing multiple vehicles and personal property to the cleanup of inside and outside and also providing photos along with proper documents for the court and appraiser. She was able to receive multiple offers above listed price without any repairs or renegotiations. She made it happen and kept me informed on everything.
