Bixby Apartments

We have lived at Bixby Hill since 2021 and enjoy living here so much. As time has passed things need to be fixed or updated and the maintenance team has always been helpful. However, we have had the best experience ever over the last two days with Luis. My sister and I had a few various items to be fixed and Luis came to our rescue!! He is so friendly and knowledgeable with his service and came back just to make sure everything got completed! We are so thankful for his help and for taking the time to really make sure we were satisfied with what he repaired.

Our dishwasher was leaking and we couldn’t figure out what had happened. Claudia from the Maintenance Team came to fix our dishwasher today and was very friendly and helpful. We’re so thankful that she was able to fix it right away!

I want to thank Claudia for her excellent work and great customer service when she repaired my washing machine. She's a top-notch technician. She did the work correctly and efficiently the first time. Thank you!

Great place to live! It’s very nice, clean, and walkable to CSULB. Maintenance is reliable and responsive. Special kudos to Luis for always being helpful and doing a great job!

Luis was great, we had a lot of problems around the house and he was able to solve and help out. Also, Shoutout to him for being quick as well
