I've been living at Atlantic Towers for over 5 years now, and overall, it's been a pretty positive experience. They are pet friendly and maintenence issues get handled fairly quickly. Our on-site manager, Elizabeth Jijon, is very helpful and responsive.
Most disgusting place to live. I moved here thinking it was a good fit, but it wasn’t. Immediately saw roaches. My apartment was sprayed, yet still roaches! Lived here for only 2 months in 2023 and had to break the lease to leave. Overall worst 2 months of living.
The onsite manager, Liz was an Awesome salesperson. But after veiwing the unit, my search Stopped. I fell in love
Avoid this place like the plague, will do anything they can to force you out for their own gain
