Westland is improving their customer service. The manager El Nora is very patient and doesn't mind assistant with anything pertaining the apartment complex. The Maintenance guys are great; especially Jacob's always takes his time explaining anything he fixes inside my unit, very friendly and love my dog.

Placed my request at 10pm and Jacobo showed up next morning 👌🏼 He came in and fixed both issues in my bathroom in a fast and good quality manner. He was so friendly and helpful
