Westlake Housing

This management company is the worst ever. I have been calling them and emailing them for months about one of their properties I'm currently living at. I have yet to get an response from anyone at all. I guess they don't mind their employees I. The leasing office stealing tenants rent money orders. Which 2 of mine have been stolen. I had to get Western union 2 give me refunds 3 times because of their negligence. Then wouldn't even take my rent money once I received the refunds back. Saying they already filed for an eviction. I told them it was not my fault that they lost my money orders twice. I have my money order receipts and receipts from their office with an leasing agent signature on it. I know I netter not have no eviction on me or I will be suing them.

Westlake has senior apartments, for which they receive government money while allowing seniors "reduced" rental rates. Instead, they continuously increase rates (claiming increased market rate, from which they base their senior deductions). They pass every expense on to residents,are no capital improvements unless covered by insurance, and let the property basically rot. Meanwhile they increase rent beyond what resident seniors can afford, forcing them into untenable apartments. Only interested in constantly rising profits.

Do not even think about renting an apartment from any of the properties that this management has. They are the worst management company I have ever dealt with in my life. They never do anything about any of the neighbor issues, they can't keep management staff at the properties we've had a different management staff every year at my property and I've lived there for 7 years now. This is a very irresponsible company that does not care about their tenants or their reputation whatsoever. They can't keep responsible good management staff hired and when you call Westlake housing to complain they don't even call you back you will regret it if you deal with this company mark my words please avoid them at all costs.
