This community offers BEST value for your money and has everything you can imagine. Here's why.... 1. There is a Harris Teeter being built right across the street by Sweetwater. Going be less than 1 min drive. Office spaces, Starbucks, doctor offices and an amphitheater being built in that space by sweetwater as well. 2. There is going to be a hotel and a commercial space adjacent to the community. 3. There's a veterinary hospital being build down the street on Jenks road. These projects will likely increase the value of the property. The community has all the amenities you can think of: 1. Outdoor pool 2. Large hall with fireplace and kitchenette for gatherings 3. Playground for kids 4. Massive Gym 5. Pool tables, arcade, chess, table tennis 6. Heated all year round INDOOR POOL!!! 7.

I only had positive experiences with Taylor Morrison. The build quality is great, and the sales team is professional. Thanks to Todd Eatherly and Hollie McFarlin. A big shoutout to Mr. Cameron Aufderhar, the warranty manager. He is so knowledgeable, polite, punctual, respectful and very responsive. He ensured that all my warranty requests were fulfilled in a timely manner. He is super professional, and always goes above and beyond. While he was at the property, he took it upon himself to return to the crawl space to ensure that the fixes were done professionally. Thank you, Cameron!

Town homes: Great homes for the price points. However, if you’re looking for a quiet place to live look elsewhere since they don’t put a brick barrier or air gap between the town homes to stop the noise. If you’re adjoining neighbors have kids or use a subwoofer for movies you’ll hear everything just like in an apartment complex.

We brought a new home in this community and we have had soo many countless issues with such lackluster response. I am regretting buying a new construction with them . Roof leakages HVAC Failure Window cracks not replaced for over 6 months Floor cracks etc.
