I requested help from ESP in late October 2022. They were the only company that called me back the same day. After I received call backs from a few other realtors I reached out to, ESP remained the only company willing to assist me in opening a startup pawn shop. It seemed to be "below" the others. I met with team member Matt Hohler the following week. He put together a list of what was required and after many MANY hurdles for my unique request, he was able to find a space that was a perfect fit. I can't recommend Don highly enough! I was on the hunt for a space to rent for my business, and it's no secret that finding the right spot can be incredibly challenging. But within less than a month, Don not only found me two potential spaces, but both were absolutely perfect for my needs—better than I ever could have imagined. They were high-quality properties in great locations, and he made sure they were exactly what I was looking for. What really stood out to me, though, was Don's professionalism throughout the entire process. He was always on time, responsive, and attentive to every detail. Don Samson was amazing to say the least!! I worked with a different real estate agent at a different firm and he couldn’t quite understand my vision. Don was on it and found my dream salon within a couple months. He made the process so easy and he’s so personable. He will get you the best deal, there was times where I couldn’t keep up with him!! He will explain everything throughly and make sure you’re comfortable every step. Again, nothing but great things to say about him and I am recommending everyone to go to him! Can’t wait to use him for my second location.

Where do I even begin… Don is truly a miracle worker! His efficiency is top notch.
