Problems with windows for more than 15 years caused leaking that resulted in extensive damage to walls and furniture. They refused to respond to numerous calls and emails, telling me I was responsible for damage on the interior of the condo, however I feel the problem was the result of shoddy workmanship to begin with. Necessary repairs ended up costing me almost $4000

The worst HOA, I’ve ever dealt with. I pray they go out of business. They are unfair, unkind, and horrible customer service. If I wanted to feel like I was renting I wouldn’t have purchased the home I was living at.

Their online payment doesn't work. Their automatic payments wont work. Their late fees are equal to or higher than the actual HOA fee. I genuinely want to pay my bill and they wont allow me to. THESE PEOPLE ARE A JOKE

This company was contracted by our HOA 2 months ago. I've tried to register my account with our community multiple times, sent multiple emails about the issue, and I'm unable to pay through their "Zego pay" option. Our community isn't listed!!

Save yourself a headache and don't buy anything that's managed by this company. Beware, especially about their water shut-off policy. They want you to give them 2 days' notice in case you want to shut off the main water valve for 1-2 buildings. They don't want you to shut it off if you have a leak. This makes sense if you have general maintenance, but what about a broken pipe and over 100 gallons of water in less than 15 minutes. Be prepared to be swimming into a pool in your own condo. I was treated with disrespect by Ashley during HOA meetings, probably because I was asking tough questions, and she was getting annoyed.
