I have no complaints about this company as property managers. They were always prompt in addressing concerns when I raised them, they were nonintrusive, they were even willing to work with me and the landlord to lower rent a little for my business. They were honest and polite about everything during the process of me moving out to a smaller space, and while I am no longer renting a property they manage as of a few days ago, I have no objection to doing so again in the future. They are very good at their jobs.

I would not recommend using this property management company. Company may be a loose term as there is only one representative to the organization. We rented from WMPG for two years and not once saw the property manager which may have been a good thing but in this case was not. He took our money, disperses it to owner and behalf nothing to do with us. Did not act as an advocate for both parties. Halfway through the lease we were told we would receive an extension from the property manager and then once again two months prior the same information. Come time to renew, plans had changed and we realized we were lied to. In all, it is not a safe investment to utilize WMPG.

If your a home owner thinking of renting your property don't use this management company. I found out the hard way that they are extremely incompetent when it comes to managing (and sourcing) repairs with significant cost overruns and poor workmanship. Overall just an unprofessional staff and bad experience for this first time home renter.

Rented our property for us for two years, no complaints! Communication was great and they handled almost everything for us! Would work with them again!

I highly recommend Western Hills Property Group. They are the best! These guys go out of their way to get their job done. Very efficient Very professional while being extremely warm & friendly!
