You have to be 55 or older to live there. You have to mow and shovel yourself or hire them to do it and you are not allowed to hire an outside company to do it for you. Its 15$ for them to plow the snow unless it's a heavy snow then its 20$ and they will sometimes only do half your driveway. They've been know to lie and charge you for a plow when you've done it yourself. If you have any issues they tell you to move if you dont like it. Update: review was for previous owners, unsure of new owners. Added 2 stars to be fair to the new owners.
Had a meeting in the community room. Used by residents and friends. No idea how the owners run the park.
Friendly, community oriented. Game room with bingo, social environment. Friday coffee hour. Neighborly
Quiet, quiet, quiet, YET your surrounded by plenty of trees, easy access to all surrounding towns, amenities, including close, but far enough away to beaches, camping, hiking, antiquing, to have your peace and quiet... Family owned, laid-back atmosphere, group dinners, monthly park meetings, bingo, and a great grassed common for whatever!!! See you later?
Nice quiet place but it’s Time their snow removal crew learned how to plow and treat the roads. They can turn a 15’ wide road to 7’ without trying.
