Western hills four plex

I been living in western hills 4plex for some years now. I am so Happy to hear that the mgr Louri and older maintenance man no longer working here. I am so glad that the young girl Pauline is there.She is very professional. Listens and makes sure our issues at my apt are being taken care off. We’ll even take the time to return the calls if message are left on the phone.Keep up the good service that you provide to myself and handicap husband. She deserves a promotion.

location is okay the apartment looks okay from the outside management maintenance a real poor never answer phones never go fix anything in the apartment my mom used to live there we had to move her out due to the manager and maintenance excuses never fixing anything had to live there water leaks in the shower in the kitchen sink also central air didn't work they put one window unit really small wooden cool down the apartment at all add always have excuses for everything nobody is never in the office if they do go to work it's only for an hour and a half or two one maybe two days out of the week no communication at all trust me when I say save your money and find anywhere else.

Love my new place it's small but just wat I need for me...it's nice a quiet an cozy....

This place is not what I expected AT ALL!!!! I stopped by this property with my mom who is elderly and was looking for a one bedroom apartment .The manager on staff was so charming and very kind when she was signing my mom up. Since moving in, her attitude has changed completely. The lease states that the one bedroom comes with Central Air NOT AN AC WINDOW UNIT!!!! The first 30 days living here was so harsh for my mom who is elderly, we complained about the apartment being so hot and kept asking why the Central Air wasn’t working but their response was they needed to “GET AN OK IN ORDER TO FIX THE AIR” I’m assuming they have a slum landlord because instead of fixing the Air (which is stated in the lease) they installed a window unit which took a whole month to get done. My mom has lost 26

Lived here for 3 years 2.5 where roach free. Got new neighbors and all of a sudden🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳 Talk about gross. Moved out December 2025
