Western Hills by Bach Homes

I walk through here sometimes and I would get a 3rd party inspector if you build here. Almost all of the concrete steps have huge rock pockets in them and the ones that don’t have been stuccoed which makes me think they are covering things up. The steps themselves are dipping in the centers and the edging looks horrible. The sidewalks have tooling marks all over the place. The roads and sidewalks are covered in rocks. I haven’t walked through a house so I can’t speak to anything other than their outward appearance but it’s not a good look.
