We built our house 2 years ago. We had problems with our AC unit making a loud vibrating noise when we would turn it on. Warranty department said it wouldn’t be covered under warranty and the HVAC company that installed it wouldn’t answer my calls to get it fixed, they literally just came took it apart and left it like shown in the picture. I don’t understand how a business can promote designed for life when their AC Systems are literally coming apart in just 2 years very disappointing.
