Westdale Pointe

Yadira was amazing! From the moment we stepped into the office, she greeted us with her warm smile. I initially went in looking for a one bedroom but then she showed us other options that would work for our budget. We toured the 2 bedroom and loved it! She explained the application process well and had an approval for us quickly. She was very knowledgable but most importantly welcoming and friendly.

I’ve lived here for 2 months now. The apartment is good for the price. Very affordable living. I was on the verge of moving back to Houston because I couldn’t find an affordable apartment in Austin, but then I found Westdale Pointe. The only thing I wish is that there was a storage closet in my unit, and that the unit was a bit cleaner upon move-in.

Grace was amazing and incredibly helpful as our leasing agent. We needed everything to move quickly, and she went above and beyond to accelerate the process. Thanks to her, we were able to move into our new apartment in just four days. Thank you, Grace!

Never ending roaches all over the property make your home their home. The water gets shut off CONSTANTLY, sometimes 2x a week, which probably coincides with the mold and roach problems. Part of my shower was literally just a piece of printer paper painted the same color as the drywall. Staff and others lurk outside your windows and balconies. Incompetent staff removed my car from the parking registry causing my car to be towed. Even if you have no other option, think hard about moving here. The first apartment they gave me had subflooring problems causing me to nearly fall through the floor. There was a large hole only covered by carpet. If you live on the 2nd floor your floor will be unstable. If you live on the first floor you'll hear every creaky step. No matter what your situation is

We have been living here for a month and the only issue I have had is with Amazon leaving my package out in the open by the mailboxes. But, heroes work here! Yadira not only was amazing, informative, professional and very friendly when she showed me the apartments, but she saved my package and saved me money 😂🥰 This place is convient, quiet, and decently priced. The staff is amazing and very helpful. Neighbors are friendly with some just keeping to themselves. All around great place to live!
