Westchester at the Pavilions

BEWARE!!!! Please do not let the aesthetics fool you. Yes, it looks nice visually but I would encourage you to do your own research about this community. I lived here for almost 2 1/2 years and the best thing about this community is the pool and the maintenance staff; they were pleasant and helpful, especially Mr. Steve!!!! However, the majority of my time here was unenjoyable. So where to start????!!! * Homeless people sleeping in the stairwells and roaming the hallways all day especially late at night. * Trash left in hallways during non valet hours so the building almost always smells horrible. * People loitering and smoking weed in the hallways and stairwells * Resident's pets urinating and pooping inside and outside the building, and not being cleaned. *Took management a year

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with the maintenance team at this apartment complex, especially Gary and Christian. They are always professional, respectful, and quick to respond to maintenance requests. Every issue I’ve submitted has been handled efficiently and thoroughly, and they make sure everything is done right before leaving. Gary and Christian truly go above and beyond, and it’s clear they take pride in their work. Having a reliable maintenance team like this makes apartment living so much better!

Westchester has felt like home to me for the past two and a half years. The maintenance team is great, and I want to give a special shoutout to Mr. Gary Wilson. He has been a valuable asset always going above and beyond, and very knowledgeable and professional. He even fixed my washing machine on his first day by taking it apart and putting it back together. I truly appreciate the excellent service!

I reached out to a staff called Tyo and although I did not settle on the apartments, I was grateful for the prompt and concise information that he gave including his guidance. Tyo actually sent me videos of one of the units they are letting out which I appreciate so much. I think the service was exceptional especially to me as a new immigrant and would refer others whenever. Thank you!

I normally don’t leave reviews on apartment tours but I have to be honest and say that Tyo Waiters is actually very welcoming and informative. I can admit that thoroughly enjoyed my tour with Tyo because something that I always look for when I’m doing apartment tours is how the staff in the environment makes you feel. Tyo truly makes you feel welcomed and is very honest when answering questions and giving his perspective. I am a person that ask a lot of questions because I like to be as informed as possible before making decisions; Tyo was so on top of everything that I barely had to ask anything.. maybe two or three follow up questions. It was a great experience. Unfortunately the community is filled up but hopefully one day I can call it home based off this experience alone. Thanks Tyo !
