My husband and I have been trying to get documents notarized, so we called Buyers Title Inc. It's been difficult to find anyone available/responsive due to COVID19, so when Heather answered and said they could help us right away, we were excited. Heather on the phone was warm, friendly, professional, and most importantly she listened. Upon arriving at Buyers Title, we were greeted by Donna at the front desk who was just as warm and professional as Heather was on the phone. Donna took care of us right awa y and notarized our documents within minutes. She even made copies for us, which she didn't have to do. Thank you so much for helping us today! We had the best experience with Donna in person and Heather on the phone.
