Moving in was a breeze, Laura is great… however there is mold in vents, tested with a mold kit. Apartment seems clean for about 5 months then roaches start coming from everywhere. Walls are paper thin I can hear my neighbors toilet flush and water run through the pipes in the wall. If you need a place to stay quickly it’s okay, but you’ll be looking to move just as quick.

Recommend caution if you intend to live here. Westbury Creek Apartments are fairly clean and affordable. Laura from the leasing office is a very pleasant woman who seems like she genuinely wants to help people. Maintenance requests through the resident application were usually handled in a timely manner. The actual process of moving in isn't that difficult and isn't what you should be worried about. It's moving out that you need to be cautious of. I broke my lease and opted to take the lease buyout of 2 months rent (totaling $2,000 plus any unpaid utilities). I handed in my keys 4 June 2025. When I checked out, I was told the final bill would be available through the resident application within 30 days of closeout. Laura specifically told me I had 30 days from June 4, 2025 to ensure that

Honestly if I could give this place 0 stars I would. If you’re looking for a place that values professionalism and tenant satisfaction, I would strongly advise against choosing this complex. 1. Carpet Replacement Costs : Although they claim to change carpets between renters, they do not inform you that the cost is passed on to tenants. This was an unexpected expense that should have been clearly communicated upfront. 2. Poor Quality Paint : The paint used on the walls and in the bathtub is not water-proof or water resistant. Any attempt to clean the walls or the tub results in peeling paint. This makes it virtually impossible to maintain the apartment and you will occur additional charges for repainting upon move-out. 3. Reletting Fee Dispute : Despite providing over 60 days' notice be

I loved touring with the nice young lady in the office. I don't remember her name but she looked mixed. She was very nice and professional. The only thing I didn't like was. I was told I could dispute the the two things that were on my credit which was an eviction I paid off and a car I sent back because the engine went out and get approved with my paperwork, which I had. The car and the eviction was 7,000 in total and on top of everything else I've been paying each much. I knew I made more then enough to stay here and been doing the right thing by paying off my debt. So from what I was told,I was like, ok I'll apply and paid 210 or 240 for application fer and admin fee. Got denied and was like, that's ok cause I can dispute and they can see I've paid off those two things and would get app
