After living in the community for almost 3 months, I have been happy with my experience thus far. Seeing as this is my first apartment since living with my parents, I have been made to feel comfortable in my decision to move out. The staff is by far the highlight of the community. All are friendly and are willing to have a conversation. They take your requests seriously and they handle them within a good amount of time, with most being taken care of the next day after submission. The community itself is well landscaped and taken care of. It makes coming home a comforting experience and my friends have enjoyed the views around as well. On that note, the parking is ample for friends to come over, and then they have never had a lack of ability to find a space. What you get for the price is
Edit Edit: sure, construction is in it's final stages. They'll still send someone with a leaf blower to make sure you're up at 8 am Classic "I'd give it a 0 if I could" review They hired Finnmark to redo the siding is what they told us. Then they proceeded to take our balcony and now stairs. They started this project in February and have yet to finish our building due to a multitude of reasons. This has been quite possibly the most painful renovation we've ever had to endure as tenants. They're practically building new apartments while we still pay full price to have Finnmark punch hole after hole in our sheet rock, exposing us to the elements while hornets are trying to build a nest behind the exposed insulation. We also don't have screens on our sliding doors or windows DURING SUM
This place started out fine. There's new management, I think. I don't know because the communication from management and ownership is sparse and lacks detail. I also don't receive return emails or phone calls when I try to contact management with questions or concerns. My car was vandalized and people who don't live here constantly dump trash in our dumpsters. On the weekends they overflow and then management sends us emails telling us not to dump "our" furniture in the dumpsters or they will charge us. The local constabulary allows people to dump and/or reside in their vehicles on the road outside and do not patrol the road, which is dangerous because people speed and do not watch where they are going. The management declared that they are starting a construction project, with few det
I love living in this community! I have been here since June 2014 and can say that it is a great place to live. The office staff are VERY personable (Julie and Shannen) and helpful if I've had questions or concerns. They love to laugh just like me. The maintenance staff (especially Shawn and John) go out of their way to make sure everything in your home is working at its very best. If something needs to be fixed or replaced, they are immediately (within 24 hours) on it. The grounds are beautiful and very well kept. In a lot of places it feels like you are in a park! I love seeing the squirrels playing and the birds doing their thing (although the crows could wait until later to start cawing). Parking can be an issue but there are rules to follow and some people just don't follow them. Rule
I really enjoyed living here! The apartment was roomy enough for two people, a cat, and a dog. The appliances, although old, were taken care of and we had no problems with them. Washer/ dryer worked great. Dishwasher did what it was intended to do. It was nice being on the second floor, we were kind of the tree tops so it made it very peaceful and quiet, we also didn't have any kids living in our building... The office staff was great, and were very responsive to maintenance requests and had things fixed within a few days. There's not many bad things to say about this place other than the parking issue, there's more cars than spaces, but that happens everywhere. They even have poop bags for our furry roommates, which is very nice and keeps the grass clean. The rent only went up $50 which
