Westbrooke Apartments

I have honestly enjoyed living here so far. 3rd floor vaulted ceiling facing the rugby field is a pretty nice deal! It's very nice for my dog, and other residents dogs, to be able to respectfully run our dogs off leash on the rugby field. I'm a detailed neat freak and upon my 'move-in clean everything' I was very happy with how clean everything already was. I rarely ever hear the neighbors when I'm in my apartment, but sometimes hear a loud TV in the hallways. Windows and balcony door are still a bit cold to stand and sleep by, (we moved here in the summer), but the electricity bill is CHEAP - and we keep the thermostat at 73°! Bad Management I have been living in this place for 3 years under Collins and now philips. The management is so bad, and allow smoking in the apartment. The maintenance guys dont respond on time, and sometimes takes food without permission. Put camera in your rooms for safety or otherwise you’ll find missing items. I won’t recommend to anyone.

Moved here for out of state about 5months ago. Philip in the office has been nothing but helpful. Made moving here easy and even checked in to see how we are doing. The apartment is spacious and love having 2 bathrooms.

UPDATE!! Now the sewer is backing up in my apartment and the maintenance man actually told me he couldn’t stop the water from flooding my furniture “BECAUSE THERE IS AN ORDER TO OUR PROCEDURE” so I saved my furniture from an insurance claim myself. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! My window shades are blowing back-and-forth because there is no weatherstripping in the patio door or around the front door and the management told me I could find another place to live if I didn’t like it… Unbelievable. Do not live here.

I’ve enjoyed the fact that the Jordan creek trail is just behind us and we’ve also caught a few Rugby games from the parking lot. When i first saw the place I lucked out and got a unit that wasn’t facing the parking lot; my personal preference. I went with the updated unit with a longer hall entryway, the other floor plans didn’t differ much from this one but I’m happy with what I got for the price. I’ve seen some reviews on cleanliness, mine was clean. I noticed improvements were made on a quarterly basis. I’ve also never had an issue having maintenance come out when needed. My microwave door broke and they were happy to fix it free of charge. The gym and pool areas were both really well kept. That all being said, there was not a lot of privacy, which is to be expected in an apartment
