We have gone through the building process with Jake and neighborhood Builders twice now. We feel very fortunate that both experiences were very positive. Jake has the ability to truly build a home that fits your vision. He and his design team (Lynn) and staff go above and beyond covering every detail throughout the building process. There are no surprises as every purchase is itemized and detailed in the app in real time. Communicator is excellent and all questions are addressed promptly. Jake, Dave and Jim and team are well respected by his contractors (which says a lot). We would highly recommended Neighborhood builders for building your new home.

I have worked with Neighborhood in the homebuilding process for the better part of three years now and the quality and attention to detail in their homes is second to none. From design to the selections and through construction they make the process seamless and are extremely easy to work with - not to mention some of the best people you will come across in the industry, all while building beautiful, state of the art homes. Neighborhood Builders is a quality home builder. I have had my eye on their work, for 7 years, prior to my husband and I building our home with them. When we chose Neighborhood Builders we selected them solely from our experience with living in one of their Home show homes they constructed at the Ridge in Echo Valley.
